Infrastructureless Corporation (Infrastructureless™) is a technology company based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Infrastructureless™ is reinventing the data center industry. Our patented Infrastructureless™ Data Center is designed to be gridless, waterless, noiseless, and carbonless. Infrastructureless™ creates electrically self-sufficient data centers that can be deployed anywhere the sun shines.

Once thought of as theoretical, Infrastructureless™ eliminates everything other than the core components needed to run a data center. These include (Compute, memory, network, storage and integrated battery backup power) with 100% of the created power going directly to power these modules.

Infrastructureless™ Data Centers eliminate the need for Hyper Infrastructured Data Centers (HIDCs). Governments are limiting HIDC bunkered construction due to infrastructure strain, environmental concerns, and land use conflicts. Our preferred deployment method is on the roofs of existing large commercial buildings and carports. Infrastructureless™ Data Centers can also be deployed in the most remote regions of the world, helping the approximately 2 billion “unbanked” people to become “banked” (obtain a financial transaction account) so they can participate in and benefit from the global economy. Additionally, they can be used on satellites, space stations, and the moon.

Our streamlined approach dramatically cuts upfront capital and time requirements, bypassing the extensive costs and lengthy processes associated with HIDCs, which often require billions of dollars in upfront costs, and take years to design, permit, and construct. Infrastructureless™ will bypass many of these issues.

Hyper infrastructured data centers (HIDCs) are where the demands of digitalization, computation, and the immense need for natural resources collide. HIDCs are plagued with excessive amounts of external and internal infrastructure, consuming immense amounts of power and water, and expelling acoustic waste, carbon emissions, and diesel or methane particulates. HIDCs generally use more power for cooling than their servers and network fabrics consume, and they suffer from both external and internal electrical losses. Electrical losses from power plants to HIDCs occur due to several factors. As electricity travels away from the power plant, it experiences losses during transmission and distribution, primarily due to resistance in the power lines, which causes some of the electrical energy to dissipate as heat. Once the electricity reaches the HIDC, additional losses occur during the conversion and rectification process. HIDCs require DC power for their IT equipment, so the incoming AC power must be converted to DC. This conversion and rectification process is not efficient, leading to further energy losses. Overall, these losses can add up, impacting the overall efficiency of power delivery to data centers.

In contrast, Infrastructureless™ operates with zero electrical loss. By eliminating these losses and inefficiencies, we can power more servers than most HIDCs run, even before considering the additional modules we can power with the energy we produce. Infrastructureless™ eliminates recurring power and water costs. This forward-thinking approach allows the end user to start small and reinvest their monthly power and water savings into additional Infrastructureless™ Data Centers.

One of the biggest advantages of the Infrastructureless™ Data Center is its ability to operate completely off-grid. This self-contained ecosystem generates and stores its own power, eliminating any need for a connection to the electrical grid (Gridless). Infrastructureless™ architecture eliminates kilometers of transmission and distribution lines, reducing the electrical path to inches. This represents an unprecedented leap in efficiency.
